I used GrubSouth tonight and had a great experience. The driver called when he was getting close, found my place without any trouble, and was really polite when he dropped off the food. Everything was still warm too. It was just an easy, hassle-free delivery, which I definitely appreciated after a long day. I’d happily use them again.

"Decent when it works"
grubsouth is fine overall, I guess. I’ve used it plenty of times and usually my food does show up without any major issues, but the delivery estimates are really inconsistent.

It’ll say 45 minutes and then turn into well over an hour, with barely any updates. The drivers have usually been nice, but when I’ve reached out about delays, I’ve sometimes felt like customer service was talking down to me instead of actually helping. Not the worst service, just not something I’d call super reliable.

I’ve had a good experience overall, and I like what they offer, but it’s a little frustrating that my area is still so limited for delivery. I’d definitely use it more often if they could expand their range a bit farther...

I use GrubSouth mostly on the app, sometimes the website. Both are simple enough. Menus load fast, checkout is quick, and it’s easy to reorder stuff I’ve had before. No complaints really.
